Developmental Disability Program Manager
Headquarters Northwest Mental Health - Gladstone, OR

This is a management position responsible for the daily operation of a residential facility supporting people with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.
Directly supervises 7 to 15 employees in the residential site. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
