You will assist clients with all activities of daily living, including medication, outings, shopping, personal care, and daily challenges.

• Want to start at an hourly rate of $20.50 per hour.

• Appreciate paid training while you get state-certified.

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Have a high school education or GED.

• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Can pass a criminal background check.

• Answer "No" to a questions of whether or not you have been named as a perpetrator in a substantiated Adult or Child Protective Service investigation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Deliver training support and assistance to clients in the areas of personal care, recreation and leisure, daily living skills, social skills, health needs, personal preferences, exercising of individual rights, community integration, and behavior management.
   

• Participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the clients’ individualized support plan. Your observations and opinions are crucial to tailoring an achievable plan.
   

• Accurately administer prescribed medications to clients as ordered by physicians.
   

• Accurately complete required documentation including but not limited to program data, incident reports, daily log, progress notes, and health records.
   

• Ensure clients’ health and safety at all times including but not limited to prevention of abuse, perform CPR, perform Standard First Aid, perform Heimlich procedure, and evacuate consumers in case of a fire.
   

• Prepare consumers’ meals following published menus
