Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Molalla, OR
Pay: $20.50/hour (Full-time = $42,640/year)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
FTE Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Work Location: In-person (Site-Specific – Molalla, OR)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide respectful, person-centered care in a residential setting. Your role includes assisting with daily activities such as medication management, personal care, shopping, community outings, and daily life challenges. Minimum Requirements

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Clear criminal background check

• Not listed in any substantiated Adult or Child Protective Services registry

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of caregiving or related experience (preferred but not required)
   

Essential Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, recreation, social skills, and daily living activities

• Participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans

• Administer prescribed medications accurately

• Complete daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation

• Prepare meals following published menus

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including responding to emergencies
