We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Shift Supervisor to oversee the weekend operations of our residential facilities supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a key leadership role ensuring quality care and team coordination across multiple homes.
 

Position Details:

Salary Range: $24.50 per hour

Shifts:

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Monday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  
  Requires Driving:
  ✅ Yes (travel between residential locations)
  FTE Status: 36 hours / 1.0 FTE Full-Time
   

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of quality client services and supports during assigned shifts

• Supervise and provide leadership to on-duty staff

• Act as the on-call supervisor for your section while on duty

• Ensure adequate staffing coverage across houses for weekend and incoming shifts

• Report personnel issues to house managers and uphold agency policies

• Participate as a member of NWMHMS management team, providing feedback and supporting quality service delivery

• Drive between multiple residential locations in the area

• Demonstrate respect, courtesy, and professionalism with clients, staff, families, and visitors
   

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years direct care experience in the developmental disability (DD) field (bathing, medications, incontinence care, food texturizing, companionship, activities, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance (Required)

• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
