Official Rules & Disclaimer for Oregon City Quiz Giveaway

By participating in the Oregon City Quiz Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the United States. 

  2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from April 15th, 2025, to May 1st, 2025 (PST). Only one entry per person is allowed.

  3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the quiz and submit their name and a valid email address. By checking the optional box, participants agree to receive future quizzes and announcements. Opting in is not required for entry.

  4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within 10 days after the entry period closes. The winner must respond within 10 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, another winner will be selected.

  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a gift certificate to a restaurant in Oregon City, Oregon. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  6. Privacy: By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Your email will not be shared with third parties, and you can unsubscribe from future communications at any time.

  7. General Conditions: Northwest Mental Health Management Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control affects the fairness or integrity of the contest.
