Our Mission
What We Do
We support people with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in a 24 hour residential setting. Our goal is to support individuals to lead full and rewarding lives. Our supports can be directed by the individual served and range from personal care to outings, appointments, events, shopping, exercise and daily routines. We support people to navigate their challenges in ways that give them a sense of success and fulfillment.
How We Work
We encourage our employees to work in teams. We step up to support one another, from being on time to stepping in to lend a team-mate a helping hand. As a team, we pull together, sharing strengths and learning from one another.
Who We Are
We are no different from you. We have a deep commitment to helping others without viewing them as different from ourselves. We believe that kindness is not a learned talent but a critical part of the human condition.
What We Believe
We believe that our purpose is to maintain an atmosphere of co-equalness while providing support to people with disabilities and/or mental illness, to help them achieve control of their lives, attain competence in community living, and participate in satisfying lifestyles based on the same aspirations as all citizens.
